The newest opportunity to join the Square Peg Team is as a business development consultant. As the business developer, you will be an integral part of our business growth by forming solid business contacts and nurturing them into relationships, which would result in sourcing new and fantastic vacancies for us to offer our candidates. You will also play a key role in promoting top talent and candidates to our new and local businesses.

About the Business Developer Role
Your role as business development consultant will be to immerse yourself into our business and become a brand representative. You will engage with communities, including business networking groups, around Lancashire & North Manchester, building our already established position as recruitment leaders.
You will be driven by finding fresh and exciting new companies for us to partner with. This will allow our consultants to offer our candidates new opportunities. To find new clients, you will attend new events, establish yourself within the local business community and more. You will showcase Square Peg, our team, our services and our fantastic portfolio of local talent.
Whilst we will love to see you in the office, we want you to be out and about flying the Square Peg Flag. As such, the role is blended between office, business sites and events. No day will be the same!
Square Peg Associates will provide in-house training and external recruitment courses. Invest in us and we will invest in you. You will have the entire support of our Managing Director, Recruitment Team and Marketing Department for any additional resources you may require.

As a huge part of your job is relationship building and nurturing, we need a confident, friendly, people person. Someone who can represent our entire team, and effectively communicate who we are.
