Introducing the Square Peg Referral Scheme
What is it?
Our referral scheme is designed to reward our network for introducing us to candidates. Dependent on the role, you can receive up to £200 in exciting vouchers. From high-street restaurants to online shopping, take your pick! All you need to do is introduce us to a candidate who is successfully placed into a role with one of our clients.
How does it work?
Earning a £200 voucher has never been easier. To recommend someone you know, simply email: suzanne@squarepegassociates.co.uk with the following details:
- Name
- Contact information
- Industry / Job(s) they would be suited for
- Location(s)
Once the candidate has been successfully placed and has worked within the role for 10+ weeks, you will receive your reward.
How much do I get?
The reward depends on the basic salary of the successful candidate’s new placement.

The fine print:
Please read the terms & conditions stated for our referral scheme below:
- All payments must be made in vouchers for a retail, restaurant, hotel of your choice.
- Introductions must be completley new and not already be in contact with Square Peg Associates, any of our recruitment consultants or on our database.
- Payment is due only after a placed candidate has completed 10 weeks of employment.
- Payment is only due on initial placement – further placements are excluded (one payment per candidate).
- There is no limit to the number of good candidates you may refer. Refer away!!!
- This applies to permanent placements only and excludes temp to perm placements.
- In the event of any dispute, Square Peg Associates’ decision is final
