Square Peg Associates is a Recruitment Agency based in the North West. We primarily specialise in Financial and Commercial recruitment looking for the right candidates to join businesses as a qualified accountant, marketing managers, and other entry-senior roles.
Our recruitment agency is based in Haslingden, Rossendale. Our scope of support stretches all over the North West, with strong roots in the Lancashire and Manchester Areas. We support clients and candidates in areas such as Manchester, Blackburn, Bolton and Accrington.

The Story of Square Peg Associates
The twelve years of Square Peg Associates have been an incredible journey. Square Peg Associates started with Suzanne, our Managing Director, sitting in her home office introducing great people to great people.
Square Peg was born after Suzanne reached 20 years in the recruitment world. In these 20 years, Suzanne had realised her true passion was people, and helping people to get where they need to be.
In her career, she had met many people, and many of these people were in the wrong place. The wrong career, the wrong company, the wrong place. Square Pegs in round holes!
Suzanne made it important to find these Square Pegs the correct environment, to ensure they would be fulfilled in their working lives.
So this ethos was translated into the mission and vision of Square Peg Associates. Empowering candidates to be confident enough to strive for better and introducing clients to people who can help the business achieve more helped to shape the vision of Square Peg. Suzanne’s vast experience working in both small towns and thriving cities gave her a 360 view of what a recruitment agency should be.
