We are delighted to welcome Chloe Mason to our team as the new Recruitment Administrator at Square Peg Associates. Chloe is joining the team in this brand new role that will help to support our existing recruiters, our clients and our current and future candidates. She will be supporting our recruitment consultants with the candidate recruitment cycle and streamlining client support.
Chloe comes from a background in the health industry, where she gained a wealth of transferable skills that she is now utilising in her new role with us. Chloe’s background has given her valuable skills that she can now use to help our recruitment consultants streamline the recruitment process. She has experience in managing databases, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to teams. We believe that her expertise in these areas will be a valuable addition to our team and will help us to provide even better service to our clients and candidates.
As a Recruitment Administrator, Chloe will be responsible for sourcing candidates, organising and protecting data and supporting our consultants with any administration, organisation and recruitment cycle tasks. She will also play a vital role in streamlining our client support by ensuring that communication is timely and effective.
