Legal Admin Assistant - Bolton

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leadingmedium sized law firm, providing administrative support for a number ofdifferent Fee Earners.

 

The team and company are forward thinking, busy withmodern offices and have a superb environment to work in.

 

Some previous Administrative experience is essentialtogether with strong IT skills and a good attention to detail. Positivity andenthusiasm would make you an ideal candidate for this role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a teamof fee earners with general day to day administrative tasks such as electronicand physical filing of documents, printing, copying, scanning, and preparingmail for dispatch 
  • Processingincoming and outgoing post
  • Dealing withinbound and outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner in keepingwith the firm’s standards of client care 
  • Drafting correspondenceand legal documents with a keen eye on detail 
  • Schedulingappointments and meetings by liaising with solicitors, fee earners, clients,suppliers and other third party organisations 
  • Adhering tostrict policies and procedures in place to protect confidential data of ourclients and the firm 
  • Monitoring,communicating and working to tight deadlines and targets 


Requirements:
  • Ability to workin a fast paced environment without compromising quality
  • IT literate withexperience using Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • Ability to work totight deadlines and targets
  • Exceptional timemanagement and organisational skills is essential 
  • Great attentionto detail and an ability to spot errors is essential 
  • Good verbal andwritten communication skills 
  • Highly flexible
