To answer a busy switchboard and transfer through to the correct department. You must be an effective and articulate communicator as you will be providing first-line customer care on a daily basis. You will act as the first point of contact via the telephone. This is a high volume answer service role in a lovely office environment.
• Previous experience working on a busy reception / switchboard / inbound call handling role is essential
• Previous experience of working as part of a team
• A strong communicator with a "can do" attitude
• Have an excellent and pleasant telephone manner
