An exciting opportunity has arisen for anambitious, outgoing and confident Account Manager / Business DevelopmentExecutive to join a rapidly growing, forward thinking company.  

Our client offers a one stop shop for residentialand commercial energy and gas connections.

Offering a competitive salary, with uncapped commission,early finishes on Fridays and paid shutdown over the Christmas period. You willalso receive a company Apple Mac and phone.

The right candidate for the Account Manager /Business Development Executive role will be able to offer sales through serviceand manage each customer through their whole customer journey, including alladministrative duties. You will need to be extremely organised and methodical,be able to work in a small team whilst using your own initiative.

On a day to day basis the Account Manager /Business Development Executive role will involve processing incoming enquiriesand providing quotes for various gas and electricity works. You will then beresponsible for following up the quotes that you send out and hopefully turnthese quotes into sales. Once a sale is made you will be responsible for seeingthat project through to completion. This will involve coordinating a number ofcompanies and keeping track of the process while providing exceptional customerservice throughout.

Strong IT and technical knowledge is required.

The Role;

  • Develop inbound, outbound and web-chat enquires into successful & sometimes repeat business.
  • Build long lasting relationships with customers.
  • Preparation of new quotes for a wide range of customers and assume full responsibility for converting those quotes into sales.
  • Act as project manager for all of your successful sales and coordinate various companies in order to deliver customer orders as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
  • All administration duties from start to finish.
  • Log all data through our client management system and Keep all information and pipeline metrics up to date.
  • Demonstrate & deliver exceptional levels of customer service consistently.
  • Maintain & manage all internal systems and tools to accurately process accounts/client management
