Receptionist - Rochdale

Enthusiastic and professional Receptionist required to join a forward thinking, vibrant and modern business that are rapidly expanding. 


The role:

  • As the Receptionist, you will deliver a seamless day to day front of house operation, building a fantastic rapport with all customers and dealing with any enquiries in a professional manner
  • Have a warm and welcoming personality with the confidence to deal with people at all levels 
  • Your role will involve organising the meeting rooms, answering calls and taking detailed messages, dealing with the company post and supporting the teams with administrative duties
  • You must have experience of working with people and have strong administrative skills
  • You must be trustworthy and able to take on responsibility
  • You must have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks

Experience: 

  • Be hands on, motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Have the ability to efficiently manage the reception area so your organisational skills will be of paramount importance
  • Experience with IT software including Word and Excel 
  • Experience of using a switchboard is preferred though not essential 
  • Have a positive mindset and attitude and be the face of the company when greeting customers
