The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Studio Manager to make sure that work is appropriately resourced, of high quality and delivered on time.
This role is responsible for ensuring consistency in the implementation and application of our visual identity guidelines, and in this way supports colleagues to develop effective internal and external communications for a wide range of print and digital projects aimed at both internal and external audiences.
This is a Product led sector and you will work on creative design briefs by gathering information and data for projects such as website, product catalogues, presentations, technical documents, email campaigns, advertising campaigns, digital media, trade shows, etc.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:
Very high standard of creative design for digital and offline media, and a proven ability to deliver imaginative and compelling design while working within brand guidelines
Significant experience of effectively coaching colleagues to improve design skills and working methods, and build a climate of continuous development and learning
Experience of motivating and leading others to deliver projects to high standards at pace
Excellent salary commensurate with experience
